Candy’s Lodge is located on the banks of the Vaal River within the little village of Vaaloewer. We offer a secure and tranquil getaway halfway between the towns of Vanderbijlpark and Parys. We are however, close enough to all the action! A super friendly and secure venue where everyone meets to watch the spectacular sunsets on the banks of the river, whilst sipping cocktails. Our upstairs pub has a fireplace for the cool winter nights, five TV sets and a pool table for a bit of friendly rivalry. We have a restaurant on the premises with an a la carte menu at very reasonable prices.
Both the pub and restaurant are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, except for public holidays. We also have a cruiser for those wishing to experience the tranquility of our village from another angle. For guests staying over, we have 1km of water frontage for fishing, picnics, walks, etc. We look forward to hosting you as our guests in “Paradise” on the Vaal River.
